Terms of sale

1. Who sells what
The trip games are made by We'd Go Back, a brand of ATRAKT, marketing, d.o.o., Slovenska cesta 9B, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (VAT ID SI24282685). Payment runs through Stripe. Our checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, so your order is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service: Link takes the payment, charges the right VAT or sales tax for your country, sends the receipt and handles payment questions and disputes. Link's own terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment.
2. The products
Every game is a digital file (PDF) made to be used on a phone. Nothing is shipped. The game page describes what is inside: number of pages, ages and how it works. The bingos also include a page for printing.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your bank may convert the amount to your own currency.
4. Delivery
Right after payment you are taken to your private download page. Stripe also emails you a receipt. Keep the page bookmarked: it is your copy. If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] with the email address you paid with and we send you the file.
5. Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered right away, this right ends once the download starts, because you ask us to deliver immediately and agree that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment. Next to every buy button we say this before you pay, and by completing the checkout you give that request and agreement. Your download page confirms it.
6. If a file does not work
If a game doesn't open, is damaged, or isn't what the page described, write to us within a reasonable time. We fix it or send you a working file, and if we can't, you get your money back. This does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.
7. Personal use
You may use a game for yourself and your family or travel group, on as many of your own devices as you like. Please don't share, resell or upload the files.
8. Complaints and disputes
Write to [email protected] and we answer within a few working days. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Slovenian law applies, without taking away the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
